How can I get big, shiny, sexy curls?

I already have curly hair. It's super thick and I have a ton of it. It's often dry and course. I shampoo 2-3 times a week and deep condition each time. Then I use mouse, curl definer, and shine spray. Sometimes I diffuse it, too.
