on TLC (cable channel) there's a program called 10 years younger. they put a person usually female of course in a clear booth and ppl judge and determine how old that person looks...they then take that person and give them a make over..hair, make up , whitening teeth..and clothing ...then poof..she looks and feels 10 years younger...
my question is ...how do you make yourself feel 10ys younger? shop...get nails/hair done?
What do you do to feel young and sexy?
Go out and dance! I forget my age and live like I did when I was 20.
Of course I usually regret it the next morning but I felt good that night lol.
