You could try makeup from Victoria's Secret. It's definitely high quality, but I've never used any makeup from there except for its lip gloss, so I can't really give you any suggestions from there.

I buy all of my make up from The Body Shop. It's just as high quality as Victoria's Secret. It's actually better than VS because it uses all natural products. I have a medium untertone, dark brown eyes, and dark brown hair. This is the makeup I use.
