Seriously, I see many women with this style and few who could pull it off and still look sexy. What do you think about this cut on the average women, does it make them look better, worse, or no difference to you?
Men, do you like the women with short hair - that is spiked in back - like bedhead?
Yes it depends on the woman. However, typically speaking, I prefer long hair :-) From my experience I do think it looks worse the slighly majority of the time though, compared to how they might look with an alternative hair style.
